For many of our customers, peace of mind is the most important part of the service we provide. Some of our customers are not in town all the time, or they are very busy, and simply don’t want the hassle of keeping up with maintenance schedules. For those customers, Carolina Tractor and Excavation offers service contracts. Service Contracts allow customers to make monthly payments to ensure their property is consistently maintained without the need to call and schedule service. To develop your service contract, we will do an on-site visit to assess your needs, make suggestions, and work with you to create a plan for consistent maintenance of your property based on seasonal changes and other requirements. When you enter into a service contract with Carolina Tractor and Excavation, you are ensured your place in our schedule. Your property will be maintained, no matter how busy we may be during the year. For some customers, the simplicity and convenience of a service contract is absolutely the way to go.
